    Terms: Online Bidding concludes Friday, December 16, 2017, at 3 pm.  The winning bidder must execute the purchase agreement package immediately following the conclusion of bidding.  The winning bidder will be notified via email of a successful bid.  A $2,500 non-refundable earnest money deposit must be wired or delivered in the form of a certified check to Area Title Agency, Inc. immediately following notification of successful bid.  Balance due at closing by December 31, 2017. At the expense of the seller, a guaranteed certificate of title will be provided.   A 10% or $2,500 (whichever is greater) buyer’s premium will be added to the final bid to establish the final purchase price.     Auto-bid option:  You may place a bid as high as you want to go, but the system will raise it only as high as needed. For instance, if the current bid is $100K and you place $150K the system will raise the bid only to $101K and select you as a high bidder. If someone, places a higher bid, say $120K, the system will automatically place a bid of $121K on your behalf and select you as a high bidder. However, if someone places a bid of $151K or greater this person will be selected as a high bidder.

    Bidding auto-extend:  Our system prevents last second sneaking by automatically extending the bidding time. If someone places a bid within the last 5 minutes before the end of the bidding the system will automatically extend the time by 15 minutes to let other bidders make weighed out decisions.
