    Terms: Online Bidding concludes Wednesday, May 18, 2022, @ 3 pm.  The winning bidder must execute the purchase agreement package immediately following the conclusion of bidding.  The winning bidder will be notified via email of the successful bid.  A $4,000 non-refundable earnest money deposit must be wired or delivered in the form of a certified check to Hassett Title Company, Inc. immediately following notification of one’s successful bid.  Balance due at closing by June 8, 2022.     Auto bid option:  You may place a bid as high as you want to go, but the system will raise it only as high as needed.
