Terms: Online Bidding concludes Wednesday, May 18, 2022, @ 3 pm. The winning bidder must execute the purchase agreement package immediately following the conclusion of bidding. The winning bidder will be notified via email of the successful bid. A $4,000 non-refundable earnest money deposit must be wired or delivered in the form of a certified check to Hassett Title Company, Inc. immediately following notification of one’s successful bid. Balance due at closing by June 8, 2022. At the expense of the seller, a guaranteed certificate of title will be provided. A 10% or $3,500 (whichever is greater) buyer’s premium will be added to the last bid to establish the final contract price. Inspections must be completed before bidding. No contingencies. Auto bid option: You may place a bid as high as you want to go, but the system will raise it only as high as needed. For instance, if the current bid is $100K and you place $150K the system will raise the bid only to $101K and select you as a high bidder. If someone, places a higher bid, say $120K, the system will automatically place a bid of $121K on your behalf and select you as a high bidder.
