Terms: Online Bidding concludes Wednesday, June 10, 2022, @ 3 pm.  Detailed Terms and Conditions are available at OfferNow.bid.  The winning bidder must execute the purchase agreement package immediately following the conclusion of bidding.  The winning bidder will be notified via email of the successful bid.  A $3,000 non-refundable earnest money deposit must be wired or delivered in the form of a certified check to Midland Title and Escrow, LTD. immediately following notification of successful bid.  Balance due at closing by June 30, 2022. Auto bid option:  You may place a bid as high as you are willing to bid, but the system will raise it only as high as needed. For instance, if the current bid is $100K and you place $150K, the system will raise the bid only to $101K and select you as a high bidder. If someone places a higher bid, say $120K, the system will automatically place a bid of $121K on your behalf and select you as a high bidder. However, if someone places a $151K or greater bid, this person will be chosen as a high bidder.

Bidding auto-extend:  Our system prevents last-second sneaking by automatically extending the bidding time. If someone places a bid within the last 5 minutes before the end of the bidding, the system will automatically extend the time by 15 minutes to let other bidders make weighed-out decisions.
